  • Asignación de ajustador
    Una vez reportado el siniestro el ajustador designado por ABA SEGUROS y que dará seguimiento hasta el final de su reclamación se comunicará con ustedes vía telefónica a la brevedad posible, concretará una cita para realizar la visita de inspección y les dará las indicaciones pertinentes.
  • Atención inicial e inspección
    Visita de inspección: se realizará un recorrido en donde se verificarán los daños y les será entregada la Solicitud de la Documentación necesaria para soportar la reclamación. En caso necesario se les indicarán las medidas a tomar para reducir las pérdidas y reactivar sus actividades lo antes posible.
  • Solicitud de documentos
    Recopilación de documentos soporte; es obligación del Asegurado recopilar la información solicitada por el Ajustador lo más pronto posible. El Ajustador en todo momento estará disponible para brindar asesoría sobre esta actividad.
  • Plan de acción
    Recopilación documental al Ajustador para el soporte de los daños.
  • Documentación
    Durante el proceso del ajuste se deberá de contar con los elementos apropiados y necesarios para soportar documentalmente la reclamación con los cuales se puedan determinar las circunstancias y consecuencias del evento.
  • Proceso de ajuste
    1. Revisión y aplicación de las condiciones de póliza.
    2. Cuantificación de pérdidas por parte del ajustador.
    3. Análisis de causa y documentos.
    4. Conclusiones.
  • Resolución de reclamación
    Notificación de la resolución del siniestro y en su caso las aclaraciones correspondientes.
